What does the project timeline look like from kick-off to launch?

We are able to plan and execute a developed strategy within one week for any client.
We outline every stage in our visual marketing process to ensure transparency.

What do I need to prepare before we start working together?

Absolutely nothing. Our initial conversation is designed to get to know your business, understand your goals, and see if we're a good fit.

Pricing & Investment

How much does a typical project cost?

We offer packages starting from CAD$800. We are built for small businesses to get ahead and allow for attainable growth.

Do you offer ongoing retainer packages or just one-time projects?

We offer both one-time strategic projects and recurring creative partnerships.

While a single project is great for a website launch or major rebrand, our recurring partnerships allow us to continuously refine and expand your core marketing materials month-over-month.

How do you ensure your visual assets delivers actual results?

For restaurants, our deployed strategy's effectiveness is measured directly through monthly foot traffic and average ticket sales. We engineer new menu offerings and create visuals that showcase your highest margin items, capturing lost revenue and shifting customer orders toward your most profitable items.

For CPG and food manufactures, it’s based on impact and brand awareness. For example: Not just digitally deployed assets but if you require CFIA/FDA compliant label design, pitch decks, sell sheets, and custom POS displays, your deliverables can also be for print and design materials.

Deliverables

Do we get to access to RAW files or footage?

No, we do not release the unedited RAW files or footage.

RAW files are essentially the "digital negatives" of your assets. They require specialized software and attention to look like the final images and use as assets.

I (Zach) personally edit every single image to ensure consistent color, style, and quality, which is what gives the final photographs the "soul of the photographer”. Delivering only edited files guarantees that the final product represents my professional standard and artistic vision.

When can we expect to receive the asset library?

All asset libraries created for clients will be organized and formatted by platform and use case. Detailed deployment instructions are included every asset release to ensure the custom strategy is maintained.

Our goal is to deliver your assets as efficiently as possible, but the timeline depends on the service provided:

Standard Digital Asset Library: This applies to creation using only digital acquisition. 1 week after shoot day.

Film Photography: Up to 2 weeks. This time accounts for photochemical acquisition (still images only). It covers shipping the film to the lab, processing, and scanning the negatives/transparencies myself. Around one day once I (Zach) receive the film back. A digital library is used for delivering such assets, it’s most likely we use photochemical acquisition along with digital.
Note: I process, scan and darkroom print all black and white film myself leading to shorter wait times.
